We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Aftersales team in Malaysia.

In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services at customer depots, ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and feeding back improvements to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls and carry out on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maximise equipment uptime
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain job documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers
• Identify recurring issues and feedback improvements to Engineering and Production teams
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Represent the company professionally while working remotely at customer sites
• Work flexibly, including travel (~50%) and out-of-hours support where required
• Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as required by management 

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in waste equipment, heavy machinery, or related industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals 

✅ Qualifications

• Valid GDL driving licence (below 25 tons)
• Diploma in Engineering or related field (advantageous)
