Royal Terberg Group publishes its 2025 Sustainability Report

6/30/2026 7:07:59 AM - Royal Terberg Group

We have published our third Sustainability Report, marking an important step in how we integrate sustainability into our daily work across the company.

As a family-owned business in logistics and waste collection, sustainability is closely linked to long-term value creation. It helps us respond to key challenges such as climate change, resource pressures and changing regulations, so we can remain resilient and future-ready.

In 2025, we made strong progress:

  • We adopted our first Group-wide climate targets, providing a clear direction for reducing emissions.
  • We developed Climate Transition Plans across all operating companies, turning ambition into concrete actions.
  • We completed a Double Materiality Assessment, identifying our key priorities: climate change, circularity, health & safety, and business conduct.

These priorities are now embedded in our 3x3 sustainability framework, guiding our strategy going forward.

Sustainability in our daily work
Sustainability is becoming an integral part of how we operate, make decisions and develop our products.

Circularity plays a key role, with initiatives such as refurbishment, extending product lifecycles and circular business models already embedded across the organisation.

Preparing for future reporting requirements (CSRD)
We are strengthening our data, systems and governance in preparation for reporting under ESRS from 2027.

This also helps us better understand our key impacts and manage performance more effectively over time.

Driving change for generations to come

By integrating sustainability into our strategy and operations, we continue to drive change and build a resilient, future-ready organisation.
